At Tripsticket.com, we are committed to offering you the best possible rates on your travel bookings. That's why we back every booking with our Price Match Promise. If you find a lower total price for the same itinerary on a major Online Travel Agency (OTA) within 24 hours of booking with us, we’ll match that price and refund the difference.

What qualifies as the 'same itinerary'?

The 'same itinerary' means that every element of the booking is identical to the one made with us. This includes:

  • The same airline and flight number
  • The same travel dates
  • The same number of passengers
  • The same seat class

Why must the competing itinerary be 'offered and available'?

To qualify for the Price Match Promise, the competing fare must be live and available for booking at the time of your claim. Our customer service team will verify the lower fare to ensure it meets these criteria.

How to claim a Price Match?

To make a Price Match request, contact us within 24 hours of booking by emailing us at info@tripsticket.com or calling +44 0203 432 0435. Provide your Tripsticket.com booking reference number along with details of the lower-priced itinerary, including:

  • Airline and flight number
  • Travel dates
  • Number of passengers and seat type
  • A URL or screenshot of the competing offer

Our team will verify the details. Once confirmed, you can choose to either retain your current booking with a refund of the price difference, or adjust your booking to match the competing fare.
